2013 GSXR600 Quickshifter

Been a customer for 10 years, recently bought a quickshifter for a 2013 GSXR600. The delay time will not adjust and is too quick to facilitate the shift under heavy load. Worked with tech support a bit with no resolution. I mentioned that the customer would be using this for track and street and immediately got shut off from tech support saying quick shifters are Illegal for street. I know this is not true as several bikes come with QS stock from the factory. I am very disappointed as Im sure we had more things to try........now they wont even return my emails as at this point I just want to return the product.......somebody please help me
