2024 Ninja 500 ECU doesn’t match instructions

So, I called on Friday to get clarification on the instructions. The guy helping me on the phone said he has only been there a week and I received absolutely no help on the situation and instead received a very poor and very rude response from someone in the background, “Just ready the fucking instructions.” 🤔💀🤬

Yeeeeah, I did read the instructions and these instructions are garbage considering they are suppose to be a “plug and play” proprietary guide for each bike. When the wire colors dont match its not a 1-1 guide.

Customer support is terrible and should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m one wrong comment away from sending this thing back and reporting the company for selling sham devices. So, before the company wants to act like that again on the phone or in the forum know that’s on the table.

Now, do I attach the brown plug with the black strip to the black wire on the harness and put the male black wire where the brown one went? The orange wire was supposed to to go where a weather seal plugs was but there’s already n orange wire there, do I attach the two and male/female orange wires and insert the other male where the orange went?

I was told on the phone to splice. That makes no sense. He mentioned he’s reading to getting a better comprehension asked for number to return call and NEVER called back.
