Flashing different ECU's on one bike.

I have installed the bike-side flashing kit on my tenere.

Is it possible to flash different ECU's with the numbers BW3-8591A-00(EU), BEH-8591A-00(EU) and BNW-8591A-00(EU) on a 2021 yamaha tenere 700 with original ecu BEH-8591A-00(EU)?

Offcourse with new licences per ecu.
