select/reset buttons on clocks not working after flash (2011 US ECU)

HI,

I've flashed my ECU using the bike-site harness to add a speedometer adjustment. Since flashing the select and reset buttons on the instruments are not working. There are no error codes displayed on the instruments. Engine starts and runs OK and the speedo adjustment looks to be working. I can hear clicks when pressing and releasing the buttons so I think they're not jammed.

Is this a known problem?
