Importing PCV map, change the '8' values in the closed loop area?

Hello, curious when importing a Power Commander PCV map, should I zero the '8' values from 2% - 40% throttle in RPMs from 1750 to 5000? I believe Dynojet suggests doing this so more fuel is available for adjustment to achieve a target AFR of 13.6:1 when using the previously-available O2 Optimizer. So, should I leave the PCV map as is, change to '0' values, or another value? Thanks!
