Unable to install software

Good day fellow FTecu users

Having issues with software

Can download the sofware, however, it won't install

In the past I used this same laptop to flash my ecu

Had to update and removed the software, now it does not fully install goes to 90% then a message prompts 'unable to download or instal app'

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I did try a different windows and had the same issue, downloaded rebooted installed, same issue
