2023 R3 ECU Not Writing for Licences

Got my bench kit try to write my ECU to verify ECU SN. Keep getting

Status: Reading ECU .00%

It's been over a hour and a half.

I believe I talked to Cory he said it may take up to 1 1/2 hours the first time.
