I have tuned maps for the 2015 Yamaha FJ-09. May I use the same maps for a 2016? There's only unrestricted files for 2015 and 2017 inside the ftecu public files.

    If the ECU's part number is not an exact match for any on the list, then no, you cannot use another map.
