Not q/s'ing into 6th

Aloha, Have had the quick shifter for about 6 months now, with the flash tune for 3 years. I recently changed my sprockets and chain. After doing so, the quick shifter won't operate into 6th gear, no matter the rpm/mph. 2-5 works flawlessly and am unsure why it won't shift into 6th and was wondering if there was something that you might have any insight on. Thank you for your time
