Quickshifter Map

Can anyone explain the quick shifter map? The default is 80 (units unknown). My current setting, as illustrated here, is good for 4-5 and 5-6 shifts but radically upsets the chassis for the lower gears. The lower, the harder it hits. How do I tune this?
