active tune no respond

I have flashed my ecu on my yamaha r6 2017+ and I can flash my ecu without problem. I have activated autoblipper and active tune and it flashed fine without problems but when trying to make changes to the active tune to remap with live mode disabled it asks me to install a new license for my ecu, I have realized that the active tune that was loaded was from a license that is old and that I no longer have the hardware and the new one has not been installed. I don't know if that is why, could you support me to verify it, my account is eisl-600@hotmail.com
