EU Version both Stock and Unrestricted Doesn't Support QS enabling. How do I proceed?

I have just installed a QS and data link on an EU version ECU. 21175-1373 to be exact. both files of Stock and unrestricted doesn't support enabling of QS. I know it's not possible to use the US version, is there a work around on this?
