no response from the ECU

Hello, I have connected a 4-pin bench harness to a Yamaha Fz1 Bj 2008 Abs (xxxxxxxxx-50) Eu. I get no response from the ECU when testing harness 36. There is no 12+ on pin 10 (red). I measured directly on the ECU, nothing. Is there an alternative to pin 10, what could be the cause? Regards Michael
