Using US Model ECU Flashes on EU/UK ECU's

Hello

I was wondering if it would be possible to run flashes made on US based FZ-07 ECU's on EU based ECU's without any real issues, if so then what would they likely be?..

I know some US models of the FZ-07 lack immobilisers etc. so I'm wondering if that too would be affected if I uploaded a US file to my EU based ECU?

If there's any issues can I just us the Base map within FlashTune for my part no. ECU to get everything back to stock if needed?..

Just don't wanna go spending money on a file that could perhaps be useless to me.
