2016 R1 PCV v FTECU Autotune

I have been AT my bike with PCV AT, but also with switch to control ON/OFF of Autotune, I also alter PWR4 ETV to only give me 5/10/15/25 % throttle through 1 to 4 gears and map the bike as if it was on a dyno. I also altered the ETV base maps and have a really smooth bike that can be left in PWR1 all the time.

The only bit I seem to struggle with is small throttle openings in the 4000/5500 rpm range where i'm assuming I should be altering the MAP/RPM table and for that i'm going to need to connect my vacuum gauge to see what area of MAP its in

So the question: With this in mind does the FTECU autotune have the capability to alter both TPS/RPM and MAP/RPM tables?
