With FTECU + ActiveTune running on a 2019 EU R1 using base EU unrestricted map, I did a few runs and saved the learnings to base each time with smoothing checked. Afterwards I found the RPMs started surging up & down whilst holding a steady throttle in each gear. Initially thought it was a loose chain as it felt similar to that but that wasn't the problem. I put the base unrestricted map back on and the surging was gone. Any idea what's going on?
