Need To Purchase License For an already Purchased ECU?

Could you please support in having this sorted. The license / Account is for kamimalik@gmail.com. Just suggesting FTECU to reset my license # 36179359 registered on R1M ECU 2CR-8591A-20. My Bike won't start :-( after I tried to flash the bike with a different map and then this happened.
