2015 R1 YEC Quickshifter (Auto blip) Hardware question

Good Day,

I have downloaded the instructions for the install. Which orientation do I install the sensor for GP shift?

    OR if I can just swap the connectors around what is the preferred orientation of the sensor. I'm guessing harness cable at the top but would like to be sure.

    Also the Instructions say Red and green wires on the sensor are push and Black and Green wires are pull. BUT I have Yellow and Red and Blue and Green. AND on the harness side both connectors have the same colour wires. Please see attached images.
