Flash problem, ECU license not found

Hello

We have problem with flashing our License Number: 1216C773

Show No Registered ECU found

Please fix this

    Hello

    You will need to get the ECU into a programmable state so that it will go through the recovery process. Are you bench or bike side flashing?

    I use bike side 6 pin harness to flash ECU with Race Team package

    Hello

    This is most likely a hardware issue. Do not purchase a new license. You need to check you bike side harness. Make sure that you still have good connections.

    What i can do?

    ECU not flashing

    I try to flash another ECU in my bike and it flash complete, my ECU always No License, also you can see it in account, in my problem ECU status flash init
