08 R1 No response when trying to flash

I tried to flash 08 R1ecu. Starts flashing, shows initializing and then no response. In my licence menu its showing hardfail.

bench harness test in help menu shows

Test 1: 37 Test 2: 0 Test 3: 5

In test 3 is 5 a bad connection and the problem???
