Write Attempt Failed/ No Response

I try to write my ECU and it has me turn my key on and then off and back on again. Its say that my Write Attempt failed and there was No response

I tested the dc volts and made sure the ground connects to at least 11 volts

These problems typically come from hardware connection problem. Test the bike side harness. If that test ok then you will need to check your USB cable.
