Hello,
With running Active Tune on my bike should I check the boxes in the diagnostic code manager relating to any O2 sensor codes or just leave them unchecked as how it originally was?

No I haven’t got an answer. I went ahead and left the boxes unchecked for O2 sensors with ActiveTune enabled and no issues
Those relate to the stock narrow band sensors so should be left unchecked.
