No ECU init. on an un-flashed ECU

Has anybody had problems trying to flash a new ECU?, I'm trying to flash ECU's from 2017 (like 4 different units, P/N 2MS-H591A-01) and in all of them the software just stalls when trying to initialize the ECU. It can stay there for hours without sending any message or requesting for a licence.

    Yes, Back on Sept 4th 2022.

    I have now tried 2 separate 2017 R3 unlicensed ECU to try and flash. Both have the same hang up on initialize the ECU which it never progresses past. Tried 1 ECU on Sept 4th, and it would not initialize. I could still flash previously licensed ECU and today Sept 10th I was given a second ECU to flash and still have the same hang up.

    Has anyone figured out a solution to this yet?

    Just tried a third ECU that has no license and still getting the same hang up.

    Ok called FT the other day and Chris responded by email today to confirm a fix has been published. Just tried it and was able to assign a license to the unlicensed ECU now. All fixed.
