Cannot Connect To ECU 2014 GSXR 750

Hi I have read all the posts here, and still not correct answer. I have done the interface cable test, and when I jumper the Red and orange and turn on the ignition, the fuel pump primes which it is not supposed to according to your test post for 6 pin connector, however when I check voltage between orange and black I get 5 volts. When I jumper the red and yellow and turn ignition on, the fuel pump does not prime. Also getting 5v between yellow and black wire. Does this eliminate the red wire as possible bad connection? All connections on the connector look perfect. What do I need to check next. FTECU tuning suite still cannot connect.
