I bought a FT Data-link ECU Flashing Kit (type-8) some years ago, but haven't been in a position to try it.
I tried installing the software yesterday, I downloaded the setup.exe from https://ftecu.com/downloadrequest/. When I run it I get the error:
"Could not download manifest. Error: Downloading https://tecu.com/Downloads/FlashTune/FTECU Tuning Suite.application did not succeed."
Could someone in FlashTune check their download servers.
Since purchasing my license I've been forced to change my e-mail address. I can see there's a way to transfer my license from the old e-mail address to my new one, but it requires hardware to be registered with the new account. Is installing the software and connecting the USB cable/link/adaptor the way to do this?

Hi,
Without a registered USB no licenses can be added or transferred to your account. Have you tried using another computer to run the software?
