windows 10 cable drivers

Can anyone get this bench style flash kit to work on windows 10? all i can get in device amanger is unknown device failed. cant load drivers

    im stuck on please connect USB interface cable while loading software after I log in

    ok, got the software to actually open. Dont know how what or why but it did finally open. now I have error UN-recognized usb device so I cant go to help-test interface. installed drivers from software and from the website. my device manager is no longer having an error in the usb section and says device is working properly.

    Seems like you only needed to update drivers to solve this?

    I saw you were able to get everything setup and flash your ECU.
