Flash tune harness not recognising correct login

I have installed the software and registered the usb device. Whenever I open the tuning software, under the devices tab it displays that the email in use is incorrect even when the email it specifies is the one I used to log in.

    So I have tried some more trouble shooting with the program I completely removed all traces of it off my pc and then reinstalled. Even after doing this and logging in with the email I used the program specifies is the correct account needed for it it still says that it is the wrong email. Will I need to buy a new license or is there something that can be done to recover or reset my existing one. Any help is appreciated as I currently can’t use my bike Until I reflash it.
