Receiving the dreaded no licensed ecu found error - can you reset my license status please?

trying to flash ECU - adding Active Tune - after getting the "Server not Available" alot - I received the dreaded no licensed ECU found - - - - can you please check status and reset licensing if necessary and advise? thanks - sroberts10587@gmail.com

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay, I see your license is in a good state. That may have have been caused by improper procedure or a hardware connection issue. The license is in a usable state.
