2011 R1 throttle position

On the 2011 R1 in diagnostic mode D:01 shows the throttle position sensor value.

Fully closed = 12 - 21

Open = 22 - 95

Fully open = 96 - 106


When editing maps that have a throttle position axis are they following the same values or would fully closed throttle be 0 and fully opened be 100?
