Hello

I want my idle to be 1650 rpm

which option in FT will do that? idel speed?

RPM H 1 1126

RPM L 1 1092

LIM LOW 1024

10mm wrench ,I think. There is a fully adjustable idle stop stop screw up top in engine bay area looking from right side in.
