Will not respond and will not read or write to ECU(2015 FZ07)

I have installed the harness to the Bike with no real big issues, I went through the test interface on the Help section. Key on I get 36 key off it goes back and forth from 30 to 31. I try and read or write the Ecu and it gets to the point of downloading or uploading and it says No response/failed attempt. Getting a bit frustrated but willing to listen to help. I have searched through and tried different things that have helped others to no avail.

    Sounds like you were having issues with your connections with your harness.
