My original post is gone, so i'll post again.
Looking for suggestions on how to ensure the wires are properly inserted in the harness, and connected correctly. I've already reseated the Orange wire about 6 times now, and it's still not recognized. I'm concerned about removing it and inserting it too many times.
Under the "Help - Test Interface" i'm getting "2" with the key off, and "6" with the key on.
I'll attach some images so you can see the alignment of the Orange wire, and see that it's fully inserted into the harness. but still not being recognized.
First image is Orange wire just before inserting, showing the notch is facing forward.
Second image is Orange wire fully inserted.

Ignore the color dots; just look at the number in the "()"
With the key off, number should end in "0"
With the key on, number should end it "6"
