No registered ECU found please help

When I try and write I'm getting a "No registered ECU found, would you like to purchase after my loading module pop up. Please reset or advise what to do

    I tried to open active tune and it said couldn't read needed a reflash. I went to upload the last and that when it said no registered ecu

    Hi,

    Your license is in a confirmed state. If you are having issues with the license recognizing you are either using the wrong file, aren't following the software prompts correctly, or have a hardware connection issue.
