unable to reach ft server

hello I have a windows 7 with which I usually work it works perfectly with FTECU but for a few days I have not been able to connect to FTECU the message which is displayed and follow it (ERROR CANNOT REACH THE FT SERVER TO SEARCH FOR UPDATES DAY) would you have a solution thank you in advance?

    Have you tried to completely uninstall then reinstall the software on your computer?
