Hi,
The license is still in a confirmed state so you probably have something else going on here. Does the ECU readout ok?
Click the help tab then select test interface. Tell me the number you see in parentheses with everything connected no power to the ECU, then everything connected with power to the ECU.

Hi,
Your license is still not crashed, its in a confirmed state. You must have a connection issue.
On that interface test the acceptable number with no power to the ECU is 0, 10, 20, and 30. With power to the ECU is 6, 16, 26, and 36. I saw you got 32 and 34 at one point in the powered ECU. You need to recheck all your pins and make sure they are fully seated in the connector as it seems we have an intermittent connection here.
