API Exception

Hi guys I flashed an ecu tonight with new license 2015 MT09 which went through no problems, then later on I wanted to flash off the AIS off & now keep getting this message on both my windows machines, API Exception.

Firewall turned off no anti virus programs running, USB Cable in laptop, ECU powered up on the bench, in the device screen online is green dot, FTLink-V1.1 SN:A36DD9CD, can see my account email address, click write ECU & it just hangs on Uploading ECU image then times out with error API Exception.

Would be grateful for some help.

    Hi,

    I don't see anything wrong with your account or licenses. Are you able to login just fine to the website? If you uninstall and reinstall the Tuning Suite software does it let you log in ok there too?
