Please reset my license.

I purchased a license for Active Tune. Then I enabled active tune and wrote the map. Data collected by the active tune has been read. And I tried to write them on the map. But it says that there is no valid license. After this , I can't write on all maps anymore. I can't even load the map. All files including basemap files cannot be written. Please reset my license.

The situation remains the same. The weekend's competition is upon us. I'm in a great hurry. Do I need to buy a new license additionally?
