Not sure what I'm doing wrong. As suggested I jumped pins and listened for the fuel pump, then did the multimeter test to make sure the ground wire was properly grounded, and everything checks out so I don't think it's the harness. Been trying different combinations of unplugging from the harness and turning the key on/off. Made sure the emergency shutoff switch is in the run position. Been at it all afternoon, and nothing.
