Hi, I can’t seem to login after the software update last time I use the software was on April this year. I did all the suggested things to do plug the usb, unstall/install software/clean registry but still can’t get pass the user/password login.

There’s actually no error message. I type my email/pass hit login and it just stays there greyed out can’t even close the program had to crt alt del to quit.

It sounds like maybe your computer isn't recognizing the USB drivers correctly. First try multiple USB ports if you have them. If still no luck after that then try to manually install the drivers. Go here: https://ftdichip.com/drivers/ then download the driver for (VCP & D2XX).

I did try downloading and installing the driver but it seems that isnt the problem since when I click register it sees the usb cable. I dont know what else to try. Hope you can help
Its working now Virtualbox seems to be the culprit.
