Installed ECU side harness, ended up unplugging temp sensor on the airbox, but code will not clear. Any way to use FTECU software to clear the code? The diagnostic option is grayed out for me.

Unfortunately no, you will need to clear the code using an OBDII scanner and our OBD Adapter harness.
