Editing and reading flashed ecu

If i have an ecu flashed by someone else using the ftecu program am i able to view the settings, edit or change anything? Could i go in and enable something like active tune but keep all the current setting in the flash?

Hi,

You would have to get them to transfer the license to you if you wished to make any changes to the current file in there. Otherwise you would need to overwrite the ECU with a new file and a new license.
