Is this an Austin racing pipe? Have you looked for a Power Comnmander file or looked through the User Shared files?

I did look through user files but no luck. Having a hard time finding PC5 files on https://www.dynojet.com/tunes
I found a PC5 map for my pipe but can't find the import map option.

I managed to find the import button and used the PC5 file with the base unrestricted map. Bike would crank but no start so I flashed back to plain unrestricted. Files used attached: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oP4Ej29wsDMVe-YmFud8YikgN_919Ozi?usp=sharing

The bike did not like that map because it says its for a 2014-2018 KTM 1290 Superduke.

So I see the new file you uploaded but its showing this one as a 2014 KTM 1290 Superduke now. I would just run our Unrestricted file as a base and make fuel changed manually if it seems to not be running right.
Yes the blockoff plates help a ton with popping on a 1000cc motorcycle with the catalytic converter removed. No problem I'm here to help when I can!
