Quickshifter Doesn't Work

I've had my Flash Tune quickshifter and ecu flash for less than a year now and today it just stopped working. Up to today its been working great. I tried re-flashing my ecu disabling the quickshifter and they flashing it again to enable and it still doesn't shift, I've also checked the wiring and nothing looks damaged. Anyone else have this kind of issue? I have a 2018 MT-07.
