R1 2016 Acceleration enrichment

''Normally'' the enrichment is required more at lower rpm than higher rpm, some car tuners have no AE after 4000rpm.

The R1 2016 table appears the other way around wuth very little enrichment at 4000 and it appears a lot more at 1100rpm? why is this please?
