License issue in ZX 10

Hello Dear Jason

I'M very sorry to say to you that i feels so disappointed with all the issues i'm facing when i'm trying to use the software.... especially to log in and activate the software for using .

Lately it is always stuck when trying to connect to the ecu module and i got the same message:

" INVALID CHECKSUM RECORD "

The last time we had the same issue you fixed it for us....only for the record i have all the legal licenses for

the Kawasaki models,,,,,,

So ,Please try to solve this issue soon as possible because i need it urgently !

    only to make thing clear about this issue:

    On my ZX10R 2019 IT IS WORKING PERFECT...read and write.... But on ECU 21175-1268

    IT can read but not update!!

    Sorry an error number  license is   B2FDFF93
